General Information
We want you and our staff to be completely comfortable while at the Spa. If you have a request for a certain staff member, please let us know when you call.
Cancellations
We request that you give us at least 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment. We know your time is valuable and have made efforts to keep the services on a schedule. Please respect our time, and the time of other potential guests by keeping your appointment and arriving on time.
New cancellation policy for reservations made which total more than $200 in value.
A credit card number, and expiration date or a deposit is required for appointments over $200 for clients with unknown history or previous history of no show tendencies.
A reservation must be cancelled one business day in advance to avoid charges amounting to half of the services reserved. Reservations Tuesday - Saturday: 24 hours in advance.
Reservations Monday: by 6:00pm on Saturday
Qualifying reservations can include one single client or a party of multiple clients which add up to $200 or more. If one person in a multiple party reservation does not show and has a total unused reservation of $100 or more, 50% of the unused portion will be charged against the credit card/deposit.
Why do we have this policy? We offer our time, materials and facilities. If someone has time reserved and does not show for an appointment, that prevents another person from reserving the same time and the appointment time remains empty. When this happens, Hair & Body looses revenue to cover expenses and the therapist/stylist looses wages.
To prevent all this from happening, we ask that you show for your appointment or cancel as soon as you know that you are unable to make your reservation.
Arrivals
An early arrival, at least 15 minutes for spa appoinments, is suggested so that you may relax and not feel rushed into your services. Come early to change, relax and enjoy our zero gravity air cusion massage chair. Due to scheduling, late arrivals will receive the fullest time the schedule will allow, however, it will be shortened in accordance with the time that is available.
Appointments
We suggest that you call five days before or earlier. Saturdays fill up quickly, and appointments should be made at least three weeks, if not more, in advance.
Payment
We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Our return check fee is $35. Gratuities are not included in the service price. If you would like to leave a gratuity for your service provider, you may do so with the spa coordinator or with the operator. Customary gratuities begin at 15%.

Directions from Nashville: Take I-65 North. Exit onto Vietnam Veterans parkway. Follow Vietnam Vet's Parkway through all the exits. (through #14). Procede straight through two traffic lights and then turn right onto the 109 Bypass South. Get into the left hand lane and turn left at the first traffic light onto Hancock Street. (there is a Kangaroo K on the left hand corner and a Shell station on the right before you turn.) Travel on Hancock around the bend until you see Secure Self Storage and U-hauls. We are located in the Maple Center just after Secure Self Storage on the right hand side.
Directions from 31E in Gallatin: We are located across the street from the Gallatin Post office and the Gallatin High School. Turn off of 31E onto Maple Street between Walgreens and CVS. Travel straight through the second traffic light. Turn left into the first entrance to the Maple Center on the left. We are between Pain Solutions and the Taste of Chicago in the Maple Center.
